I know first hand the impact that mental health can have on our lives. For years, I struggled in silence with anxiety and depression, feeling like I was alone in my struggles.
That’s when I decided to take action and seek help through therapy. Through this journey, I discovered the power of mindfulness and self-awareness.
I learned that by being more present and aware of my thoughts, emotions, and actions, I could take control of my mental health and achieve greater personal growth.
By sharing my own story and the strategies that have worked for me, I hope to inspire others to take control of their mental health and live their best lives.

These are a few of my favorite things…
- Spending time in nature. It really allows me to relax my mind and really enjoy the beauty of simplicity.
- Traveling. Seriously, I would constantly be exploring new places if I had the opportunity to.
- I love to cook! Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed cooking because I’m able to get my creative juices flowing.
- Self care, of course! There is nothing better than pouring into myself.
